Please ensure a flat surface is available for set up. At least a 13x13 space for minimum orders of 100. Or a 10x20 space for orders over 100. Confirm desired eat time as we'll need 2 hours for prep/cook for all foods to be fresh and ready to intake.

• Requests accepted no later than a month out of event date
• Minimum request of 100 smash burgers
• Confirm the number of special orders (ie. no bacon, no onion, no sauce)
• We currently do not offer a vegan and vegetarian smash burger option
• If you'd like to confirm a service a 50% deposit is required to block and hold your date
• Currently servicing just Saturdays (weekday availability to post Fall 2025-Early 2026)
• Sample tasting available for confirmed bookings only
