Please ensure a flat surface is available for set up. At least a 13x13 space for minimum orders of 100. Or a 10x20 space for orders over 100. Confirm desired eat time as we'll need 2 hours for prep/cook for all foods to be fresh and ready to intake.
Quick tips
- Requests accepted no later than a month out of event date
- Minimum request of 100 smash burgers
- Confirm the number of special orders (ie. no bacon, no onion, no sauce)
- We currently do not offer a vegan and vegetarian smash burger option
- If you'd like to confirm a service a 50% deposit is required to block and hold your date
- Currently servicing just Saturdays (weekday availability to post Fall 2025-Early 2026)

Protein: Chicken, Beef, Pork, Tofu- These are served in 15 oz bowls
*Bihon noodles do not contain eggs. Bihon noodles are made from rice flour, cornstarch, and water. Our Canton noodles do not contain eggs. they're made from flour, coconut oil and salt water.
